On October *th ****, a fraudulent charge was made on my account for the amount of $**.** by an Uber Driver while I was on vacation in Philadelphia. A Uber driver reported*sent fraudulent photos to uber after I left her vehicle and claimed damage to her vehicle. Uber took the above amount from my account to cover the damage*cleaning fees without my knowing*authorization. After I disputed the fraudulent charge, uber investigated further and realized the driver complaint was a scam and agreed to refund my money on October *th ****. Uber representatives informed me it would take between *-* days for the money to be back into my account. On October **th, Uber confirmed that the money was sent back to my account October *th **** for the amount of **$. However, I am unable to confirm the transaction via online banking. Can you please look into the matter for me, to confirm the money was put back into my checking account?
