Phone banking has become difficult because mid point in the calls the phone line goes to a fast busy and cuts me off. This has been going on for two weeks. I had my phone line checked and there are no issues. I have tried various BofA customer service numbers and I have completed some calls and reported this issue. But it continues to happen. The BofA automated voice begins to crack and then goes to fast busy and the call ends. If the voice is clear, I may be able to complete my business.
