Bank of America - ANSWER THE PHONE!!! How is a customer supposed to report a fraudulent transaction when you only accept the dispute by phone but leave the customer on indefinite hold, never having reached a representative???

This charge has continued to appear monthly on this credit card even though a Bank of America agent assured me that this company would be blocked from making any further charges to my account. Obviously that was NOT done.

Yes, I've tried calling Bank of America over and over again but customers are left on indefinite hold listening to obnoxious sound - that sure isn't music, but obviously something that is chosen intentionally to be so irritating as to assure that customers would click off rather than listen to that hateful noise!!!
