On August **th I tried to pay my car insurance online using my husband’s debit card instead of mine. This was my first time using his debit card for this payment. Our online bank account is showing a debit and a check card reversal that are processing. My husband received a text message from Bank of America asking if he attempted to make the transaction and to reply yes if so. He replied yes, but there is still a balance remaining on my insurance invoice. Does this mean that a credit was issued? Can I make the payment without being charged twice?
GetHuman-keepea did not yet indicate what Bank of America should do to make this right.
