I have called several times and was put on hold, so I am trying this forum. I bought an Everstart Battery Jump Start model JUS750CE with an air compressor and 2 USB ports at Walmart in Dickson City, PA, this summer. The first unit did not charge, so I exchanged it for another one. The second unit charged to [redacted]%, but after using it a few months later, it started beeping and flashing the light uncontrollably. Despite returning to Walmart twice, they could only offer me another unit of a different model, which I do not want. Since both units had issues, I would appreciate a new replacement unit as the product worked only once. Please assist me. Thank you, Mike S. Email me at mikelstef@[redacted] or call at [redacted].

I have bought a Stanley Fat Max Jump Starter/Power Supply/Compressor Combo unit and returned it three times due to malfunctions. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received a working unit. One unnamed representative told me that my issue was escalated to a supervisor and that I could only wait for their call, which never came. When I called back, the same representative recognized my voice and was unhelpful, insisting that I wait for the supervisor to call. Her behavior is unacceptable, as all I seek is a functioning product and professional assistance.

I am having trouble connecting the negative clamp of my 'EverStart (JUS750CE) to the negative terminal of the car battery. Last week, after purchasing it, I attempted to use it but connecting the neg. clamp to a metal part in the car did not work. I then tried booster cables with the same result. BCAA was called, and they successfully jumped the car. I am concerned as I need a reliable product as I am heading to town on Friday. Could you clarify if the product can indeed be connected directly to the negative post of the battery? The manual reference to section p.6, 4b was hard to read due to small print. Additionally, I have been on hold for about 20 minutes with no response. I hope to hear back soon.

I received a Black and Decker rechargeable handheld spotlight, model VEC1156BDC, as a birthday gift on October 23, [redacted]. After charging it fully and using it just once, it stopped working when I tried to use it again. I am requesting to exchange it for a different brand light of equal value or two lights of lesser value. Please, not a similar one. Despite my repeated calls to request assistance, I have not received any help yet. I hope someone can assist me soon. Thank you.

Hello, I recently made a purchase of a Stanley Fatmax Professional Digital Power Station from Sam's Club on April 14th. I didn't need to use it until the end of June, and it worked well when I inflated a friend's tire after camping. However, when I tried to recharge it, it wouldn't turn on or recharge as per the manual instructions. Sam's Club directed me to Stanley, who then directed me to you. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue, possibly due to the time zone difference being in Hawaii. I have not been able to use it to jumpstart a vehicle, and it has been frustrating. I reside in Molokai with no UPS office nearby. I would appreciate a replacement with a smooth process. Thank you for your assistance. -Jennifer D. 47 Ho ea Lane Maunaloa, HI [redacted] [redacted]

I am experiencing issues with my Stanley battery charger, model no. BC15BS. Despite minimal usage, it has failed to charge properly. The display screen is not functioning and despite trying various methods, I am unable to resolve the problem. This is the second charger that has failed on me. The previous one was replaced with this current faulty unit which was provided free of charge as a replacement. I have attempted to contact the customer service number listed on the charger multiple times without success. Given the recurring nature of the charger malfunctioning, I am considering returning it to Walmart for a refund, though I lack a sales receipt. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Otto S. Email: [redacted] Address: [redacted] S. Dallas Ct. Denver, CO [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

As a member of Home Depot's Seeds Program, I recently received the Vector J312V Compact Jump Box for testing and review purposes. However, I have some questions about the product that I believe are crucial for my review. Firstly, I am confused about the amperage specifications. The box indicates [redacted] peak amps, but the detailed specifications mention [redacted] amps instant. Additionally, while it claims to be suitable for starting 4 and 6 cylinder engines, there is ambiguity regarding 8 cylinder engines. Secondly, the instructions mention that this model is unsuitable for marine applications, yet the box displays an image of a jet ski, which falls under marine equipment. Would a boat like a pontoon not be a better example of a marine use case compared to a jet ski? As a dedicated Home Depot product reviewer, I aim to provide accurate and helpful feedback. Clear and timely responses to these inquiries would greatly assist me in crafting an informed review. Please note that my positive experience with the product motivates me to deliver a favorable assessment. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out to Vector through the provided phone number were unsuccessful.

I own a BC209 charger that has been unused for at least two years, as it was originally purchased to maintain a boat's battery, which has since been sold. Recently, I rediscovered the charger and decided to use it. After connecting it to a battery, I noticed that none of the lights on the charger were on. The manual states that the charge light should be steady when the battery is fully charged, but I found conflicting information online. A customer mentioned that the charger actually turns off all lights when the battery is fully charged, contrary to what the manual says. Could you please clarify which information is correct? Additionally, when I plug in the charger without connecting the battery leads, no lights come on and there is no output. Is this normal behavior for the charger? Thank you for your assistance. - B. I purchased the PP1DCS Stanley FatMax Jumpstart unit from Sam's Club on 3/16/[redacted]. Following the instructions to charge it for 40 hours, I did so diligently. Even after exceeding the recommended time, the charged indicator light continued to blink on the fourth bar. After seeking help from their support team, I was informed that once it reads 14 volts, it is fully charged. Despite never using it and keeping it in my trunk, on 7/10/[redacted], I attempted to charge it again for over 40 hours, but it still didn't display all four bars. When I reached out on 7/12/[redacted], a company representative instructed me that the fourth bar should be solid, not blinking, and advised me to send it back for a replacement. Surprised that no shipping label was provided and feeling let down by the warranty and quality of the product, I expressed my disappointment with their brands.

I own a JUS750CE EverStart jump starter with a compressor. Unfortunately, the compressor did not work properly when I tried to inflate my car tire. Upon inspecting it, I discovered that the rubber suction ring on the piston was broken into two pieces. I am in need of a replacement suction ring. Kindly provide one promptly or suggest an alternative source. I had bought four of these JUS750CE models as Christmas gifts.

The rubber component on the plunger shaft that allows air to enter on the upstroke and pushes air out to service an object, such as an auto tire, has deteriorated. Upon inspecting the compressor, I discovered the rubber piece in three fragments, with two loose pieces scattered within the body near the lubricating medium. Fortunately, the larger piece is still attached to the plunger head. I am in urgent need of a replacement for this rubber part to repair the compressor, specifically the EverStart Model JUS750CE [redacted] Peak Battery Amps jump starter with a compressor. Despite my attempts through phone calls, emails, and online research, I have been unsuccessful in finding the necessary replacement part.

I spoke with a customer service representative at [redacted] regarding my BC3E device not displaying a solid green light after replacing the batteries. Despite using brand new fully charged batteries, the green light kept flashing for days. The representative mentioned it can take up to 3 days to charge, which seems incorrect with a 3A charger on new batteries. When I asked her to spell the website's name, she hung up on me, possibly due to the tone of my voice. As an electrical engineer with a master's degree, I find it frustrating to be given incorrect information. I plan to reach out to the Walmart CEO via email to address this issue. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I will consider filing complaints with the BBB and Google about Walmart selling faulty products supported by unhelpful staff.

I have a Moto Master Eliminator 1000A Booster Pack with Air Compressor - Product # [redacted]-6 that's four years old. The air compressor stopped working due to the plastic piston ring failure. I'm keen on buying replacement air compressor piston(s) as it seems like an easy fix. Customer service was unable to provide the replacement parts, citing a lack of access to internal components. They couldn't guide me on where to find the necessary piston replacements. I'm puzzled how Baccus Global can market a product with a simple failure point but no option for customers to replace the faulty part. How can I locate replacement air compressor pistons for this specific product?
