I am writing this complaint regarding bad network coverage and horrible consumer service faced by me.**I recently converted my telecom operator (number **********) from Airtel to BSNL seeking the goodness of state run telecom service.**From the very first day I was unable to get *g network, tried all the settings (manual * automatic network search etc.) which couldn't help.*Finally I checked the network on *rd floor I was getting very poor signal, not enough to use internet.**I am getting data of *GB*day which is of no use, now comes the horrible part, I tried contacting the customer care regarding the same nearly **- ** times, and everytime they say the is some network issue, I have to wait for *hrs and then call again, I did this repeatedly and wasted my time.**I got rid of this and pleasent asked the consumer care executive to register my complaint or to transfer my call to a senior, in both cases my call was disconnected everytime.*Now the question arise is do BSNL consumer care executives think they are working for Govt. Telecom operator means they don't have any liability towards the issues consumer is facing and they can disconnect the call everytime they want to! They aren't helping at all instead they are misleading!**Kindly look into the matter
