Help with my BSNL issue
I am unable to send messages to anyone through my mobile, I have sufficient balance in my number but still I am unable to send it . I checked the message settings with the customer care but still not able to send. And now customer care are not able to help me out they are only saying you don't have balance but when I check my balance I have sufficient balance.
I trust that BSNL will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
