Working with either of them is a pleasure.I feel that both of these people go above and beyond expectation. There’s an older person in service also does a very nice job. I am sorry I don’t know his name, but he is about quality **I will tell you what my experience with your service department has been. **This was not a busy time of the day. *Again this is not referring to Ron Stafford who is excellent in sales. *This is not referred to the older man who helps in service or Matt. Matt seems like an anchor person. I don’t know what you guys would do without Matt. *Please note it is not common for me to mention issues. This means this is so far below baseline that I wanted to let you all know based on my experience and what I saw with other people. * Jackie Cooper seems to be a great company and it’s a weak link is not quality of mechanical repair. I think that any mechanical issues will resolved. Seems like you have a good mechanics there and who are conscientious and are trying to do a good job. What was missing? A good attitude for several people and display that the customer is in anyway important, Comes across in why are you here? I’m busy looking at my computer screen, * The idea that the customer is hoping to have a little respect and some interest in even a small problem, Lack of movement to make any effort to talk to is calling or ancillary staff to resolve the problem. The frustration that they would have to call somebody to get some help. What did I see? Kind of like I’m gonna have to do something and I don’t like my job and somehow he won’t notice...but I do notice. Who would not notice the lack of any happiness. They act like this place must be a very hard place to work. * I can go into more detail and it will surprise you but I noticed and I also know what made it better which was simply hey I’m a customer don’t I matter? * * My intuition is that Jackie Cooper BMW is a very good place to work and people have a job there should be happy and proud to know they are good that they are important but nothing was expressed to me except I am so burned out please note this does not apply to Ron Stafford and Matt or the older gentleman who are excellent. **Howard
