The issue in GetHuman-tonydinh's own words
I bought the **** BMW X* vehicle on Saturday October ** and today is October **. While going through features of the car, the salesperson never mentioned that comfort access was not included. We went through every feature and that wasn’t mentioned. So I called the salesperson back today to ask if I could trade it in for a car that has one and he told me that i’d have to pay over $**** to do it as appose to just $**** if I had it included in the first place. Is this a joke? Why is it that I have to pay three times more for something that should have already been included in my deal? This is unacceptable and I wish for BMW to fix it.
