I have a blu DashXL D***U *IEMI: **************** tried running software update, it kept failing , so i called tech support, they told me to run a factory rest. after running reset, now stuck in the update phone screen. I was told to contact Jeg and sons who told me they did not service my IEMI. called Blu back have submitted an email with all info asked. Am still waiting for a response. my phone is completely useless. Help please.* ref ***D**BSXg *****T*AqSow:ref
