I joined BJ's in **** with my sister. A few months ago our local store gave me a new card with a different member number. In **** I set up an account with my Email address. I have NOT been able to use the BJ's ap on my phone. When I go online they do not recognize my password. They tell me to check my Email for a remporary password...but I NEVER get an Email. I am fed up because the coupons are now activated on the ap and I can not access it.
