I am try NOT to be overcharged for my annual membership ... My membership renewed on ****** and I was charged $*** when it should have been $**. I would like a $** refund.*Membership * ***********. I e-mailed BJ's about this on ****** but never received a reply.*I thought this was a chat!
Make this right by giving me a $** refund
I tried e-mail and got no response

I initially contacted BJ's via e-mail and after * weeks I got no reply. An hour after I contacted gethuman, I had a message from BJ's and less than ** hours after that BJ's informed me that they would issue the credit that I requested.
