I specifically opted out of the automatic renewal and yet BJs charged me anyway!! Not only did they charge me, the renewal date isn't until the **st and I have already been charged. I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW!!! I specifically opted out and was charged (early) anyway. I am NOT paying the renewal fee. I already contacted the credit card company and said this is FRAUD!!! I want that charge canceled now! I will not pay the fee!
GetHuman-jehernan did not yet indicate what BJs.com should do to make this right.
