return them ... I had tried emailing a few times, never got a response. NOW I have two problems.I am hoping BJ's has the same lenient return policy as Sam's and Costco's. I had purchase wellsley romano* parmesan shredded cheese , I believe back in October. It's expiration date is **********. It has been in the refrig and never been opened. I went to use it last Wednesday to make a lasagna for Thanksgiving and aw it was quite moldy.I don't have a receipt, but it is on my card. I would like to return it for a refund or credit.**The second thing I woukd like to return is a case of Fruit Shoot sparling Hydro. I bought it for my Grandkids, but my daughter said no to the Sucralose. I then tried it, figuring, I would keep it for myself, and I HATED IT. I am hoping I could return it, minus one bottle. Again, no receipt, but is on my card.
I have contacted them by email twice, they acknowledged the email, but not the concern.
GetHuman-catara did not yet indicate what BJ's Wholesale Club should do to make this right.
