I am a loyalty member that spends a lot of money at BJ’s. Recently your Florence Kentucky restaurant started charging if me *.** cents for a taste of beer that I wasn’t sure I would like to try. I don’t do this often, but occasionally. *This policy seems petty and one that should be eliminated for all patrons or at least loyalty members. I like your restaurant, but seriously!*I am sure some patrons abuse a sample, but not all. *This is a “nickel and dime” policy that offends my loyalty and just hurts your employees.
