I have just received my electricity bill for the last * month period and have noticed that the amount has more than tripled from previous years for a condominium that has been unoccupied since **th September ****.**I live in Wales, UK and am unable to contact you directly by phone hence my email communication.**Last night I requested the property manager to inspect the unit and they have confirmed that all appliances are switched off and the heating was set at * degrees centigrade. The property was last checked in February and the same status situation was verified.**I have now investigated the usage pattern you have provided and the problem of very high readings began on the *th November **** and has not stopped since.**It is clear that something is amiss with the meter recording very high readings for an unoccupied property and totally out of skew with all previous usage over the past * years since the smart meter was installed in February ****.**I would be grateful if you could investigate the problem as a matter of urgency and report back to me on what is happening with the meter.
