I applied for one touch device service available on internet banking.The device is dispatched to me and an amount of Rs **** is deducted for the same.But i am not able to activate the same device on my account due to which i cant do any transaction. I tried to reach the customer care given on website which is never reachable.Whenever i try to do any transaction, it shows the message that the net secure has not been activated please try again after sometime.I request you to either deactivate the service or help me to resolve the issue
