RBS no: ********GB*. I booked this as part of a British Airways flight * car package for my daughter Hannah Morris picking up in Venice Florida Sat *rd Nov ****. My daughter is now pregnant and feels unable to drive the car. She has contacted Ba and they say that they cannot change the booking as Avis is a *rd party. I have just spoke to one of your representatives who is saying the exact same thing!!!! Meanwhile someone has $*£***.** of my money. I would like a refund please.
