The issue in GetHuman-ravalyes's own words
I called Avis and booked my car on call using my Discover discount. When I went to pick my car they did not have full size car available so gave me SUV and charged extra $** per day for that. Also, they said they were not able to apply my discount codes and hence charged extra. In all I was charged extra $** on my account. I want to understand what this charge is. Why would they apply discount on call and not accept it at the counter. and Not have the car I requested available and instead end up charging extra for that as well. I should not have been charged extra for all this trouble.
GetHuman-ravalyes did not yet indicate what Avis should do to make this right.
