I received a bill from Avis regarding reservation * *******BUS*, saying that I owed more money on it. Actually, Avis owes me money.**I made the reservation online and then modified it using my AARP discount code A******. When I picked up my car at RSW all the rental car terminals were down and agents had to manually enter our information. I asked the agent "Where is my AARP discount?" He said "I can't do anything about that with the computer being down. If it doesn't come through, you'll have to check with customer service.**I took screenshots of the reservation showing the amounts with the coupon. The estimated total, including fees and taxes was $***.*** The amount I had prepaid was $***.**, and it shows an estimated credit due of $***.****I don't see a way that I can attach my screenshots to this box as proof of my modified reservation.**Sincerely,*Lisa Powell
