checking my status and smartscan ... i took out a yearly subscription out on the ** november **** while i was on free trial subscription it was for prime max * devices i paid £**.** my reference number is ********* my invoice number cb-**-******** now i no protection except free version and telling me to renew i want my yearly subscription reinstating as i paided i want any days which i lost added back to my account *regard richard jepson
because i paid a yearly subscription and i expect to be protected for what i paid for a year not * months
i want my full year reinstating and full protection for which i paid for or my money back full refund
since **rd november **** i subscribed a few days into free trial
tried ringing but no dial tone tried online but i no license so they cant help me
