The last *th of February **** we’ve purchased two tickets for two people (attached): the trip was LA PAZ –* Cartagena with one stop in Bogota. **Flights details (two flights): **AV*** of ********** alle **:** from LA PAZ to BOGOTA (**:**) **AV**** of ********** from BOGOTA (*:**) to CARTAGENA (**:**) ** **Then, the **th of April **** we have requested the refund of our tickets. The reason is that because of covid the air company removed the international flight from Italy to LATAM. For this reason we have asked the refund. So It’s not our fault. **Finally the *rd of December ****I received the mail “the refund are accepted” but I didn’t receive anything on my credit cart despite the terms were “maximum ** days”. **At today, after several times I’ve tried to contacted them by chat, I’ve never received my money back. All of them gave me different reply about the situation and I’m a little bit upset now. Since the world situation is not very good, I’ll be in economic trouble if I don’t get my money back. I really hope in their professionality. I have a “number of escalation”, I've sent several mails and chat in the website chat and whatsapp chat. I'm quite upset.
