I recently purchased two pants from an Avenue store in Round Rock, TX, on July 14. Unfortunately, they did not fit me well, so I want to return them. I have the original receipt and tags, but I removed the tags when I tried them on. The outfits are in new condition, unwashed, and unworn. The store refused to accept the return, stating the tags must be attached, even though this is not mentioned on the receipt. I find this policy unreasonable. How can I proceed with returning the items?

I am frustrated that the stores have closed, leaving me with no option to return my items other than using the postal service. I submitted two complaints back in November, but I have not heard back from anyone yet. I returned the items on 11/16 using the label provided, and when I called today on 12/30 to ask about my credit, the representative informed me that my package is still in transit with an expected delivery in January. I requested to speak to a supervisor for assistance, but I was told that I have to wait until the item is received at the warehouse. It is unfair that I have been waiting for over 7 weeks with no resolution in sight - no items, no money, and no help.

I received a pair of pants I didn't order and would like to avoid the return shipping fee as it's not my mistake. I am missing the pajama bottoms I originally purchased. I wish to return the unwanted pants and receive the correct item - pajama bottoms item# [redacted]5 size 22/24 in Mauve. The pants I received in size 20T seem used and not in their original packaging, suggesting they have been worn and repackaged. I appreciate your assistance with this. I used Happy Returns to send back my coat on November 14th. I haven't received any updates or my refund yet. I've tried calling but can't get through, which is disappointing. I really like Avenue, but I'm reconsidering due to this experience. It's been nearly a month, and I still haven't received my refund. I hope someone can assist with this matter promptly.

I made a purchase a week ago and paid in full via PayPal for an order totaling over $[redacted]. I have yet to receive a tracking number or confirmation that my order has been dispatched. While I did receive an initial order confirmation, I am concerned about the lack of further communication. Unfortunately, attempts to contact customer service by phone have been unsuccessful as the line quickly goes to a busy signal. I have also replied to the email I received regarding my order but have not heard back. The $[redacted] is significant to me, so I am anxious to receive an update on the status of my order.

I contacted customer service on 12/1/20, and was assured the order would be shipped the next day. Unfortunately, there have been no further updates or packages delivered. The intended recipient, a family member abroad, has already left, making the delivery untimely. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I made a purchase on 11/24/[redacted] and paid for shipping with the expectation of receiving my items within 6-8 business days. As of the 16th of December, I have only received part of my order, which arrived 2 weeks later. I have been calling customer service repeatedly with no resolution. Today, I received an email stating that the remaining items have been shipped, but I am frustrated by the incomplete order. I am now seeking to escalate this issue to the corporate office, but I lack the necessary contact information. This experience has been disappointing, as I have spent over $[redacted] and feel neglected by the company.

I made a $45.95 online purchase on 11/5/20. I returned the package via FedEx (express code HR5687L9) on 11/16/20 using Happy Returns. Despite being informed by Avenue that they never received my package, I was assured my credit would appear on the December bill. However, I have not observed any credit yet. I find it perplexing to have to wait since Happy Returns promises immediate credits. My frustration is increasing, and I seek assistance with this matter.

I am frustrated with the handling of my order placed on February 2nd. Originally, I was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. When I called on 2/12, I was informed it would ship on 2/15 and reach me in 3-5 days. However, as of today, my order has not even been shipped. This lack of progress is extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and simply not acceptable.

I am frustrated with my order tracking showing a "delivery exception" with Fedex. Despite speaking to three different Fedex representatives, no one can provide me with the package's location. Avenue, the shipper, has my correct address, but I am receiving the run-around from both Avenue and Fedex. After spending two hours trying to resolve this issue, I am fed up. I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund on my card. Order # [redacted]7 and Fedex tracking # [redacted][redacted]. Avenue has not taken the initiative to contact Fedex to resolve the address issue, and Fedex requires Avenue to make the correction. I am disappointed with this experience and will not be ordering from Avenue in the future. - Displeased Shopper

My return has been accepted by Avenue, but I have not received my refund yet. The items I returned were too small, and the total refund amount should be 0.00 USD. I am looking forward to ordering more clothes, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your help.
