I had a trial for several Avast trials. Near the end of trials I decided to not use avast products and uninstalled them from my laptop. Next, I went to continue with my coursework and couldnt pull up and of my word documents. I contacted a avast tech rep and he then accessed my laptop and told me it was a Microsoft problem which was part of my college network. I uninstalled Microsoft and reinstalled and then it started working. I then tried to get into my Adobe and the same issues uninstalled and reinstalled and seems to be fixed. I have a $*** program called Dragon it is doing the same thing and I contacted Dragon they allowed for another download so I uninstalled and reinstalled it's doing the same thing. I need my Dragon to work because of severe Arthitis and have several college assignments due. This has been a ongoing problem for about a week. Everything worked fine until I uninstalled Avast. Please help!
