Sirs:**On December **st. ****, I received a mail from you stating that: “your Avast trial has been converted to a full product license” (Exhibit * ), and,**On the same day I received a notice from PayPal stating that a payment had been made to Digital River Ireland, Ltd. For the amount of **.** USD on your behalf (Exhibit *).** It turns out that on April **, ****, I received a mail from you stating in Spanish that the automatic renewal of your product had been stopped by my specific request (“Hemos detenido su servicio de renovaci*n autom*tica tal y como solicit*”) (Exhibit *).** From that date on I have not had any dealings or requests to you to renew the suscription of your software, so I see no reason for you to have made the above mentioned charge to me.** Since I have no suscription with you (and do NOT want it), I ask you kindly to reimburse the $**.** USD to me, via my PayPal account.**I enclose the * Exhibits for your reference.** Thank You
