On **th October, ****, I sent an email to ' clevebridge*AVAST Software s.r.o.' with the following :*Dear Sir*Madam,*Why are you charging my Credit Card Account for Subscription when I have rung * times to you to not renew when the Subscription falls due?*All the Customer's personnel's who answered my calls have an Indian accent.*On the *th call I managed to get across to your colleague that I am not cancelling my subscription but to let it run out and not to renew.*If you have charged my Credit Card account with the subscription, please refund as soon as you can.*Douglas Ng**A week or so prior to that my computer has been out of action with some problems or virus and I could not start my computer.
