I was trying to renew my avast cleanup premium. Per the email received from avast my cleanup software was due to run out. This was days before I needed to renew but I submitted a request to renew August **, ****. Order * **********. The next day I got another email from avast indicating my request wasn't received. So I went through the process again and realized I was going to be charged twice because the order * was different. I spent hours on the phone with guru technical support and they assured me the second order was canceled. Now I have been billed twice and I want a complete cancellation of both orders and a total refund on my credit card for $**.**.**Cecelia Cooke
