CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!! ... I do not want to have Avast Internet Security - Subscription will NOT be automatically renewed before the expiration date of your subscription: October **, ****. I do not want Avast!! *I tried to take care of this on my account page, but it's set up to NOT accept auto renewal cancellations. This is my THIRD attempt to cancel this before October. Here is my August **th email that has thus far gone UNANSWERED.*Ann Mulvey *****@***.com* *Date: Aug ***to Avast *******************************Do not automatically re-subscribe me when it's time for a renewal.*------------------------------------------*Should my mandate continue to be ignored and should money be removed from my account, I will start by contacting the Washington State Attorney General's office who live for citizen rip-off cases.**I suggest you get back to me by Tuesday, September **th. stating that my account and * subscription renewal have been removed from your system. * Failure to do so will result in escalating this issue.
Not sure, however there are close to *** customers having the same problem canceling their subscription. That's suspicious. If my problem isn't cleared up I'll consider this a fraudulent case and report this to the State of Washington's Attorney General who will most likely contact the FBI since this company is not in Washington state.
DO NOT RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION!*DO NOT TAKE ONE PENNY FROM MY BANK!!!
This is my THIRD attempt to cancel!! Above is a copy of one recent email that has gone UNANSWERED. *I am very frustrated, upset and angry. Take care of this issue IMMEDIATELY!!!!
