I was trying to close an account that I do not need and does not seem to want to help me. I now realize that the company has no intention of letting me go and that they prefer to receive my renewal fees rather than lose me from their list of captured clients. They have no intention of canceling their "Service"and their correspondence is geared to be too complex to follow through. I have n... ...
