I placed order number [redacted] online on 06 05 19, but I have not received it as of 07 24 19. I have tried calling Auto Truck Toys numerous times using both listed telephone numbers during their posted hours with no luck reaching a live person. I have also sent messages to Revel Enterprises without any response. When I contacted Innovations Creations Inc, they mentioned that the part number for my order has not been requested from them in the past three months. Despite this, they have processed my payment through PayPal for the item I never received. I am requesting a refund of my purchase price from Auto Truck Toys via PayPal so that I can buy directly from ICI.
