When creating my appointment online, I selected the "First Service Option" and was given the subtotal of $**.**. When I dropped off my car on Saturday, I was told I would be paying regular price for what is included in a "first service visit", which is the tire rotation and oil change. Although he was extremely pleasant, the service manager who is assisting me was not aware of the pricing in the appointment setup menu. I have a screenshot of the website that offered me the option of "first service appointment" for $**.**, should you require additional details. When I am notified that my car is ready for pickup (It was also being assessed for other reasons), I'd like to be sure that the price offered when I scheduled the appointment, is honored.
GetHuman-timbbeni did not yet indicate what Autonation should do to make this right.
