To get the deal, the accounts manager lied to us. My name should have been the first name on the lease. After the deal came through and things were being emailed and mailed in the cosigner’s name, we visited and was told that he told us before-hand that the name with with better credit would have been put first. Lie!**We said ok, it’s already done, only a couple years and I would return the car. By then I will have better credit and will get my next vehicle in my own name.**The brand new vehicle then started giving issues with the two front windows. The motors were bad. I took in in to Autonation Hollywood to get it fixed. When I got it back, it had oil stains all over the driver and passenger seats and on the doors. I also got the car back with the tire pressure signal light on.**I complained about it and until now, cannot understand why a dealer would give a car back in this state. A supposedly brand new car. They had me take the car back once more and took the oil out, although there were stain marks where the oil spots were. I didn’t complain, because I was beginning to realize that they don’t care about their customers once they are getting paid.**After getting the car back, it rained and upon entering the car I realized that there was a puddle under the driver’s seat. I thought somehow that I might have carelessly left the door or window open. Another day it rained once more and I saw the puddle and realized that the “new” **** Honda HRV was leaking.**I went back to complain and was told that it would have been fixed. The service advisor said that she had forgotten to tell them, and I could remind her when I return. Although I had reminded them on. Versions visits that I do not live next door, I guess I was speaking to deaf ears. She also explained to me that if something were to go wrong with the windows again, I would have to pay out of pocket, because the warranty only covers one fix.**Within another two weeks, the motors in the windows started making the same knocking* straining sounds as before. **Another month down the line, a cracking noise was happening in the front.**I turned the car in and did a test run with the mechanic eventually and was told that the axel needed to be changed. I complained about the issues to a manager at the front and was told that I would be offered a loaner car whenever I returned to have it fixed.**These trips were waring me out. Just in case, like Autonation Honda Hollywood, you missed the fact that I do not live next door.**I was told that in * days, I believe it was, the part should arrive and I could take the car in. I believe I took the car in on the Thursday, however I was told that by the following TUESDAY they would have it and I could come in. It took two weeks before I was called. World class service to write home about. There was no apology or anything of the sort. No remorse because, I’m guessing, that I’m receiving spectacular service.**When I called back, I was told that my service advisor would be off and the store would have been closed on thanksgiving. I told her that I would then call back to set an appointment.**When I called her the following week, I was told that a loaner car would not have been available until the Tuesday, or Friday, and I could come in. I told her I would have to call back, because I’ve been very busy. On Thursday I had an easier morning, as a previous appointment was postponed and I was able to push another appointment back, so I decided to visit.**When I got to Autonation Honda hollywoood, I was advised that they were out of loaner cars and I could come back on the following Monday!! ****. In Jamaica, we have a saying, “take bad things make joke”. This was certainly a bad laugh at me, my time, my patience, my money, and a poke at my decision to attempt doing business with this very faulty company.**Again I explained my schedule to the service attendant, and I gues she was starting to understand... somewhat. She told me to hold for a second. Please bear in mind that I still had another appointment that I had pushed back an hour (** a.m.) to get the car in. She told me that someone from enterprise would pick me up and they would pay for a rental for me to get my car fixed. I agreed and carelessly started to feel a bit of comfort from this coax.**When I was picked up by enterprise they told me that I needed insurance. I then said that Autonation Honda hollywood was taking care of the payments. By this time I had a striking headache. They told me that the agreement was for the rental, but they would need an approval for the insurance. Please note that (** a.m.) is slowly approaching and my patience is slowly diminishing with each passing second. I got on the phone trying to contact Autonation Honda Hollywood, and spent a good ** minutes being transferred to people and getting disconnected. The enterprise associate offered to take me there and was telling me about other customers having to deal with the same issues I was complaint about!!! Wow!!! I then realized that if other companies kno how sloppy Autonation Honda Hollywood is, then they should probably not be conducting business.**When I got back to Autonation Hollywood, I waited about ten (**) minutes and then spoke to the service manager. He was happy to inform me that I should have been happy enough that a car was being paid for, and that I should foot the bill for the insurance of the rental. Hahaha. If I were being told this story from someone else, I swear I would have thought that it was a blatant lie. I reminded him at that point that I’m paying for a motor vehicle which was distributed by them with all the faults that I’ve been encountering. He closed that argument by saying that they will not cover the insurance cost.**I requested my vehicle and left! **Let me say, the Honda brand is not making this process any easier. I’m trying to contact Autonation head office and until now, I have not been able to speak to anyone. I’ve tried emails and all.**I guess this is why Autonation Honda Hollywood will do as they please.**Please note that to make the complaint shorter I have not described or explained having to visit * times to get the plate*tag for the car, and that the servicing fee that I was charged for during the deal was not submitted, so I had to wait for a payment approval for my first service. **NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER do business with Autonation Honda Hollywood unless you would like exceptionally crappy service and bad products!**I will reach out to a lawyer and the newspaper and the better business bureau about this!
