I am encountering difficulty accessing my design app. Before, I used it without issues, but now it says I am offline. I cannot enter the app to view my designs or share them. Additionally, when attempting to paint a wall, it only paints in strips instead of all at once with one touch as it previously did. Can you please assist me in resolving these issues so I can continue to enjoy using the program? Thank you for your support.
