my audible purchases are not showing up on my phone. I can see them on my computer but not on my phone. I've downloaded the app and deleted several times to try to reset the app. It is like it doesn't recognize me

To make sure you’re signed in to the right marketplace, please follow the steps below:***. Launch the Audible app.**. Tap “Profile” in the bottom right corner.**. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.**. Scroll down and tap “Sign Out” twice.**. Tap “Sign in” once and you'll be brought to the welcome screen.**. Tap “Marketplace” at the bottom of the welcome screen to choose the correct marketplace associated with your account.**. Tap "Sign In" and enter your email address and password.
