I reported as stolen phone December ** we went through with filing the claim I paid the $*** deductible I was supposed to have my phone in * to * days I still don’t have my phone I have called them twice and none of them knows what they’re talking about they sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number for UPS but UPS had no record of the package I finally did my own research and found out that they shipped it Through FedEx but I still not received the package the FedEx said it was delivered December ** ** days after and still no package now I have filed a claim through FedEx as well and I cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone from the stupid company
