On June **, **** Asurion sent me an old and repaired replacement iPhone * plus **gb with a lot of issues, begins to randomly typing, opening apps automatically, play music automatically, the screen freezing, making phone calls automatically, replying and sending emails automatically. **I called Asurion and I spoke with Ms. Marta from the CEO office , and I reported the issues that I'm still having with phone that Asurion sent me and she promised me to send me a brand new iPhone * Plus **Gb, but when I received the second phone on **********, she sent me the iPhone * - *.*-inch which is the small one.**So I reported the incident once again and then Asurion offered me an iPhone * Plus *** Gb which I accepted. Days later I called Asurion to verify the process of the order and an agent told that the iPhone was getting ready to be shipped. Because the iPhone never came, I call back and I spoke with Ms. Nayely from the CEO office and she told me that there was not any phone in the system to be sent. **Then she recognized the mistake made by Asurion and offered me a check for the amount of $***.** dollars which is the price for the brand-new iPhone * Plus ***gb and I accepted it. **I kept waiting a few days for the check that she said that she was going to send and never came.**On ********* at *:** pm I called Asurion company and I spoke with Ms. Ana from the CEO department and she told me that the check was not sent because I had to send at least one of the * phones that Asurion sent me. **Then I asked to Ana which one of the * phone I had to send back and she answered me that I can return back to Asurion anyone of the * phones. **I explained to Ana that I didn’t send back to Asurion any of the phone that I had at that moment because several agents from the CEO promised me to send me the labels to return the phone and never sent it.**Then Ana from the CEO office decided to send me via email address the label to return back anyone of the * phones, I decided put at risk my life with this pandemic of the Corona Virus and I went to FedEx to send to Asurion the same day one of the * phones.**So I decided to send to back to Asurion on **********, at *:** pm, the iPhone *, **Gb, the small one that I received from Asurion.**I called on ********** to Asurion to confirm if the company has received the phone, and one agent confirmed that they have received it on ********** at *:** am.**On ********** I called to Asurion and I spoke with Mr. Osmin and he told me that the check was processed and that I was going to receive the check in * or * days.***On Monday, June **, Cricket which is my phone’s services provider, suspended my line approximately at * pm based on that Asurion reported the phone as lost or stolen and put my phone number in a blacklist. **I called Cricket the same day approximately at *:** pm and they restored the line services, but at *:** same day once again Cricket suspended the line’s services. **I called Cricket again and they restored the services but once again suspended the services hours later and told me that I have to pay reactivation fee for the services and telling me that they will continue suspending the line until Asurion put out of the blacklist my phone number. **After calling over and over I spoke on ********** at **:** pm with Ms. Ingrid from the CEO office and told me that the check was ready to be send and gave me the following check number *********. **I asked for the check tracking number and still Asurion is telling that the tracking number is not ready yet.**I have been paying my iPhone protect insurance plan to Asurion since a few years ago and I feel so disappointed and frustrated by the poor services that this company is offering me as a client.**This is embarrassing! I cannot even use this phone that you sent me due to all the issues that I previously expressed.** Finally, what I want is that Asurion send me the check that we already agree as soon as possible, that send me the check tracking number and also that Asurion take out from the blacklist my phone number once they reported to Cricket as lost or stolen, because I haven’t sent. this phone because from the CEO office told me that I have to stay at least with one phone until Asurion send me the check.**I am so despaired waiting for that check in order to figure it out this situation. *I'm using this phone that Asurion sent me with so much difficulties to communicate because is an old and repaired phone. **Every day I have to communicate with my family and many others phone calls and emails that depend on my phone.
