I took my phone to Batteries Plus for a new battery. In the process of replacing it, they ran into a problem and insisted that my charger port needed replacing. As that was about half the cost of the phone, I contacted Verizon, who said my Asurion insurance would replace the phone. I ordered the phone through the website, but began to think something was wrong with Batteries Plus's assessment. I went back to the manager of Batteries Plus, who took the phone apart and discovered that they had installed the battery incorrectly. They put it in correctly, and everything was fixed. Today, I received my replacement phone via UPS, and would like to send it back and be refunded the balance.
