I made a claim for a PlayStation controller that I got from Walmart and the person I talked to when I did my claim told me that once I sent my product out and it got scanned by ups they would send me my refund in *-* days it’s already been * days and I have not received my refund so I called today and I asked what’s going on and now they are telling me that I won’t get my refund until the product arrives and they test it so I asked to talk to a manager and they got all mad and said well your gonna have to wait for that I sat on hold for over ** min waiting for a manager and no one answered so I feel like the person I talked to didint even go get a manager
I would like my refund because I was told a big lie then had absolutely terrible customer service so I would maybe like a little extra or something because I never had this bad customer service before and lied to by multiple workers
