The issue in GetHuman-criftca's own words
I accidentally cancelled the *-year protection plan I purchased through Amazon for a Samsung tv to be delivered on Saturday. The order * for the protection plan is ***-*******-*******. The order * for the tv is ***-*******-*******. Can I have this *-year protection plan re-instated. I did not mean to cancel it. Thank you. I tried to do so via Amazon and could not figure out a way to do that.
GetHuman-criftca did not yet indicate what Asurion should do to make this right.
