I filed a claim in early March or Late February about a hardware issue with my Microsoft Surface Pro * Tablet. The tablet would over heat, the fan would start making noise, the screen would start to flicker, and closed windows would leave a ghost image on the screen. It was returned to you, "repaired", and sent back to me. It appears all that was done was the Windows ** Operating system was wiped and reloaded. After starting to install the Windows Updates, the tablet over heated and failed again in the same wqay as previously. I started a new claim...*********** on March **th. I was told I was getting a return shipping label within **-** hours. After not getting one, I contacted customer service NUMEROUS time and was told the same thing each time. You can check the Facebook messages. After ** days waiting for a label, I finally gave up and called Microsoft Support. Within ** minutes they sent me a shipping label. It's a repair I have to pay for, but I don't have to deal with your company's lies to "Rest assured...." Your service was terrible. The same day I shipped my tablet to Microsoft I finally got a shipping label from your "customer service." I was given the runaround so often and there is no way to escalate the issue. Apparently your customer service can say the same thing over and over and when it doesn't happen they can just keep saying the same stuff and doing nothing. The first time I used your service it was excellent. Now it's the worst customer service I've ever had.
