I have been transferred numerous times, had a * way call with a apple representative they put us on hold and never came back to the phone. I am trying to turn a I phone * plus in. The claim number is **********. They are telling me the find mine i phone is still on. it is NOT THE APPLE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD THEM THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE WRONG PHONE YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE NEW PHONE WE JUST PURCHASED THE IME * ************** I would like this taken care of immediately. i am tired of being put on hold when i call, and nobody seems to understand what i am saying to them..... please check the ime * above and let me know how to proceed....
