This is regarding Claim ID *********. The replacement device you sent is defective. The volume will drop out completely during calls. **I paid verizon for extra storage and placed a nano screen protector over my phone. I have spent *.** with Verizon and **.** for the screen protector. **I am out funds and my new? Phone is not working properly.**How can we handle this issue?**Could you please send me a different phone? **Can you reimburse my extra cost?**Thank you
