Hello here is what happened. I purchased * brand new Verizon wireless phones on *******. The phones were added to my account but they were not activated because I needed to get home in order to copy our current cell phone date to the new phones. However, unfortunately these phones were stolen from my car before I was able to get them home and activated. I had already paid for these * devices. I went back to my Verizon store and was told that they could not help me with this issue and I needed to go online to report the stolen phones. I called*had a messaging session with Verizon. I logged via PC to set up my claim(s) with Asurion. I submitted a claim through Asurion online. HOWEVER the claim was showing our current phones whereas the claim I trying to send to Asurion is showing our current cell phones - not the brand new phones that were stolen. I am in a severe quandary as I have already paid for * brand new phones, not to mention the accessories and other equipment that was in the package! Is there any way to discuss this situation in person? I am willing to provide my cell phone number for your response: ***-***-****.
