I made a claim on November **, **** for a cracked screen on my Samsung S* mobile device. Since there were no authorized repair sites within driving distance, my best option was to replace the device without loss*interruption of service. I paid $*** deductible for the replacement phone and requested an itemized receipt so I can submit to my employer. The receipt indicates "device: leather case" with a $*** deductible. I did not pay $*** for a leather case and need this to be corrected immediately to reflect replacement if my mobile device.**I've called at least * times to request the correction and still received an email today with the same erroneous information. **Request immediate resolution so I can proceed as necessary with my employer. "Nine" days to correct this issue to unacceptable.
