Roughly about a seven to nine weeks ago, I bought a pair of headphones and the insurance plan was listed as Asurion. I Emailed the manufacturer and they did not support Asurion or were not partnered with them, and that I had to talk to an Asurion representative. The headband on the top of the headphones begun to crack near the center, and eventually this issue got worse, until this crack the internal wiring to cut the signal and making it incredibly weak. The signal was also heavily distorted. I attempted using the headphones’ Bluetooth features and got the same distorted, quiet sound. Those headphones were a pair of “Mpow H* Bluetooth headphones.” Any help would be greatly appreciated, I love these headphones and would like to see them at least repaired.*(Also, I should note, I am the buyers child. My father showed little interest in solving my issue, and he gave me permission to sort out something. He said he’ll pay for any deductible or shipping fees, and told me to work this out. Until payment and credit card information is needed, I should be the one to be spoken to. I can make this run smoother and more efficiently than my father ever could. I have text messages telling me to take matters into my own hands, and I have no problem sending Asurion these messages to prove this fact.)*Thank you for your assistance and understanding. *I would like for my headphones to be repaired, or replaced. I also have screenshots of the damage, and screenshots of the Amazon order itself. The damage was caused by mistreatment and bending the headband for extended periods of time. (Being stored in a backpack under several heavy books.) It wasn’t a good idea, and I have learned from my mistake.
