October ** and ** we received word that "we're working to repair your product". Eight days later, no word. What's happening? Did you find other problems? Why did it take * days between receiving the necessary parts and beginning to work on it? What happened to the * business day service?
GetHuman-wsoldwis did not yet indicate what Asurion should do to make this right.
