Replacement device received. Included sim card placed in device. Will not read sim card. Tried a spare sim card and it won't read that one either. Positive that sim card placed correctly. Please send another phone and we will ship this one back to you because it is obviously defective. If Asus zenfone v phone available now would prefer to have that one sent as it was the one that was claimed and "discontinued" at time of claim. Verizon wasn't able to assist with the activation of this LG replacement device either.*Thanks
