I had a very disappointing experience with your company I have been a customer with thru ATT but I am canceling my service with Asurion.*Your customer service department *Is worthless I spend on the ohone with them throughout the day * hours I received different suggestions from about * people at the end my claim was never concluded I went on my own to resolve my issue. I will never recommend you company. It use to be good now it went down in service and knowledge. Very disappointed in the poor unprofessional service I received. *All they wanted to know can I help you with anything else that’s their favorite phrase they had not resolved my issue and they were already asking how else can they help. I felt I was talking to people trained a certain way but really not knowing a whole lot about the merchandise they service or how to handle the procedure. To many departments involved to many people involved at the end no one knows what they are doing. Total flop.*Another thing I notice you don’t provide an email to a manager or supervisor a lot of people in the board of directors but I one available to the*Customer. The phone you provide takes me back to the same unprofessional inexperienced people.*Thanks but no thanks.*Hopefully someone with a higher IQ *will receive this and hear my conversations yesterday and realize No one knew how to help me or give me a solution I Was simply sent to another department, we got disconnected or the suggested what was not.
