My name is Leon Ready and I have sent a Sprint Galaxy S** in for repair OVER A MONTH NOW. I received TWO loaner phones that HAVE NOT WORKED due to defects.**I cannot make or receive calls or texts at all. The phone has been set up correctly and I've exhausted every possible troubleshooting with Sprint tech services with no solution and I can't get anyone to respond to me at Asurion through chat, putting in complaints on the questionnaire that is supposed to have someone contact me, but they wont be able to due to all of this **** going on. **Email is the only means of communicate I have to be contacted with. I NEED A PHONE AND MY PHONE REPAIRED QUICKLY AND OVERNIGHTED TO ME ASAP.**The phones ICCID is **********************The first phone was an LG and this phone is an HTC phone and once again, another defective phone.**Again, email is the only way to communicate with me and once the repairs to the phone is completed I want it overnighted back to me.**I have MANY IMPORTANT phone calls to make and receive such as doctors, medication providers, job interviews and all around communications in general. ***Leon Roady
