I completed the entire claim form on line but the system would not accept it. It probably was because I am requesting the previously replaced phone be replaced under factory warranty as I only received it a few months ago. *The phone worked well for several weeks and then started freezing up. It would only come back on after turning it off and on a few times, and then it would last a few minutes before I had to start turning it off and on again.*I took the phone to Sprint and they replaced the software. It worked well several weeks and then back to the same old-same old. I am now asking you to replace the phone at no charge under factory warranty as it should have not caused this many problems. I paid a heft copayment to get this replacement and it is unreasonable to charge me again for a phone with an obvious factory defect. I don't see how an more is needed but call me if you do.y
